All the apartments we offer are sold with full air-conditioning, a fully fitted high quality kitchen with granite/marble work surfaces (appliances are also often included) and bathrooms fitted with good quality sanitary ware.

We offer a wide range of apartments from 1 bedroom properties of around 50 square metres to 3 bedroom duplex penthouses at around 150 square metres with their own pool. Almost all have sea view balconies from the living area, and many  also offer a master bedroom balcony, terraces and communal gardens.

Apartment developments in Kalkan usually comprise no more than 16 units, with 3 or 4 properties in each apartment building. Many of the Kalkan apartments we offer have a private swimming pool, and for those that don't a communal pool is available for use on site. For larger developments, a swimming pool for each block is usually provided by the developer, meaning that there is ample space for everybody. Stone walling is used extensively in most developments, along with local planting, and the creation of garden spaces where possible.  There is parking at all the developments we offer.

Kalkan's topography with land rising steeply away from the sea, means that almost all apartments available offer very good sea and mountain views. Land prices, which largely dictate property values per square metre (notwithstanding build quality), are generally higher the closer to the sea and Kalkan's old town the construction is. There are however, some exceptions as some areas become more fashionable than others, largely because of the quality of construction there and the surrounding infrastructure. Access is also important, and locations within 15 minutes walk of Kalkan old town are significantly more popular with Kalkan holiday makers, and therefore often generate better occupancy for owners who want to rent. The Kalkan town plan determines what areas of Kalkan can be built on, what area is designated as green space, and the location of planned roads.
