Learn about the methods and materials used in Lavanta property construction

1 - CONSTRUCTION

  • Building type is reinforced concrete frame.
  • Projects have been prepared in accordance with Turkish standards and seismic applications.
  • For the structure, the concrete quality will be C 25 and steel reinforcement will be StIII (420).
  • Exterior walls have been arranged in accordance with the requirements of thermal insulations Light weight concrete elements will be used.
  • For the roofs, wooden materials will be used in accordance with the thermal insulation requirements.
  • Basement exterior walls will be shear wall, and water and thermal insulation will be provided.
  • Joineries will be made of wood or wooden looking PVC, and exterior joineries will be equipped with insulating glass.
  • Interior and exterior doors will be made of first class wood or American doors.
  • Window joineries will be equipped with double opening accessories.

2 -INTERIORS

Flooring:

  • Entrance and corridors: Natural stone or first class ceramic (Vitra or equivalent) will be used.
  • Kitchen: Natural stone or first class ceramic (Vitra or equivalent) will be used.
  • Bathrooms: Natural stone or first class ceramic (Vitra or equivalent) will be used.
  • Living and Dining Rooms: Natural stone or first class ceramic (Vitra or equivalent) will be used.
  • Bedrooms and Dressing Room: Natural stone or first class ceramic (Vitra or equivalent) will be used.
  • Balcony and Terraces: Natural stone or first class ceramic (Vitra or equivalent) will be used.

Walls:

  • Entrance and corridors: Water based paint (lead-free) on satin plaster on gypsum plaster.
  • Kitchen: Water based paint (lead-free) on satin plaster on gypsum plaster, first class Vitra ceramic or equivalent on the worktop depending on the project.
  • Bathrooms: First class Vitra ceramic, or equivalent will be applied.
  • Living rooms: Water based paint (lead-free) on satin plaster on gypsum plaster.
  • Bedrooms and Dressing Rooms: Water based paint (lead-free) on satin plaster on gypsum plaster.

Ceiling:

  • Ceilings in all rooms will be plastic painted.
  • Ceilings in balconies and terraces will be face veneer.

Kitchens:

  • Kitchen cabinets will be equipped with MDF Laminated doors and marble or granite surfaces.
  • BOSCH brand embedded hob and kitchen extractor.
  • Kitchen sinks will be Franke brand.
  • Faucets will be Artema mix range.

Bathrooms:

  • Vitreous materials will be first class Vitra or equivalent.
  • Faucets will be Artema range.

;3 - EXTERIOR

  • Communial Garden and pedestrian lanes will be illuminated.
  • Infrastructure: will include sewer system and draining systems.

4 - PLUMBING AND MECHANICAL

  • Split heat pump type AC's with heating and cooling installation will be made in accordance with the specifications and standards.
  • Each unit will be equipped with water meters.
  • Plumbing system will be made in accordance with the project, specifications and standards.
  • Each property will be equipped with branded water heaters.

5 -ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS

  • Electrical installation will be made in accordance with the project, specifications and standards.
  • Each property will be provided with two telephone lines. Each room will be provided with an extension line.
  • All electrical sockets will be Legrand or equivalent brand.
  • Each property will be provided with access to central satellite dish system.

6 - SECURITY and SAFETY

  • Burglar alarm sensors and wiring are fitted in preparation for the main alarm panel to be fitted.
  • Smoke Detectors are fitted and sufficient to cover all unit areas.
  • LPG Gas detector will be provided.
